What you will do
- Build retrieval, prompting, and agent systems for client products
- Create evaluation datasets and automated scoring for every feature
- Optimise cost and latency through routing, caching, and model selection
- Advise clients honestly on where AI does and does not help
What we are looking for
- Production experience shipping LLM-backed features, not only prototypes
- Strong Python, plus TypeScript for application integration
- Experience building evaluation harnesses and measuring quality
- Understanding of retrieval, embeddings, and vector search trade-offs
