What you will do
- Run discovery, research, and usability sessions with real users
- Design flows, screens, and every non-happy state
- Build and maintain component libraries in Figma with variables
- Work alongside engineers through implementation, not just handoff
What we are looking for
- A portfolio showing shipped product work with the reasoning behind it
- Strong Figma skills including components, variants, and variables
- Experience running usability testing and acting on the findings
- Working knowledge of accessibility requirements
